When you would like to Pause, Stop, or Restart your VIP Server. Go to Windows → Services.
You will see this list of VIP services:
VIP CodeCompletion: Optional
VIP Executor FCS - VIPfcs: Required
VIP Executor RunSchd - VIPfcsKafkaJobListener: Required
When you want to restart services, you must perform the pause/stop/restart/start action on #2 and #3 at a minimum, and #1 if this is active in your installation.
Hint: these three will have Startup Type set to ‘Automatic’ by default, so you can easily see which ones to choose.
The other VIP Services you see are not required for most installations and will only be used in special cases in which you will need help from the Curiosity technology team.
