    On-Premise - Password Reset


    Article summary

    Note: You must be an administrator in order to reset a password.

    Navigate to Management -> Workspace -> User Management. 


    Click on the key icon for the user whose password you want to reset. This will bring up a link that you can copy and send to that user.


    When the user follows that link, they will be taken to a page where they can reset their password.
