Clone New Framework to GitHub

In this article, learn how to clone a pre-configured framework directly from Quality Modeller into your GitHub organisation. 

Navigate to Workspace → Configuration → Code Templates. Select New Framework. There is an option to clone an existing framework from GitHub.

For the Github connector, select Manual or select a previous configured connector.. 

In Git Credentials, enter in your Git username and API token.

For the Automation Framework, select with framework you would like to clone.

For the Repository Name, enter a name for the new repository.

Click Save.

This will pre-configure the automation and framework for us, as well as clone it into our Github repository. 

You can view this new framework in Quality Modeller on the Code Templates page. Click the edit icon to view the  Source Control tab with the Git connector information, and the pre-configured settings for Execution. 

This new framework can now be used in Quality Modeller out of the box.
