Regenerate Flag on Automation Module Collection

Automation module collections contain a user-controlled flag which can disable any regeneration of code and editing of the underlying module collection. This is useful if a user imports a module from external code where it is not desirable for the code to be modified in Quality Modeller, or for built-in automation actions (i.e., the QuickStart Automation frameworks).
