# DrawIO Export

In this documentation article, learn how to export Models to DrawIO diagrams.

To start exporting your model to **DrawIO**, open an existing model.

Once your model is open, open the **Connectors tab** in the top menu bar, here you will find the **DrawIO icon and export function.**

Clicking the **DrawIO option**, will start a **download of your new DrawIO file.**

If you now open **DrawIO** and use **File > Open From > Device > Your file**, you can import the model to DrawIO!
