# Data Painter on Workspace Rules Configuration

You can now use the Data Painter for the creation of data rules in your Quality Modeller workspace.

To use the **Data Painter** for the creation of rules in your workspace, first navigate to **Workspace > Configuration > Data Rules.**

In the **Data Rules,** if you hit the **Add button** on the right-hand side, you will open the **Data Rule window.**

In the **Data Rule window,** you can use the **Data Painter button** to add data values using the Data Painter.
